Our Quality Management System
The Chelab quality management system describes the framework in which customers have been offered optimal service for 40 years now. With the accreditation in May 1999, the quality of services and documentation was confirmed for the first time. The laboratory is accredited right up to this day according to the current DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
The high analytical standard is regularly ensured by the amount of certified reference materials, the participation in laboratory comparative studies as well as quality-assuring measures in everyday laboratory practice.
Internal audits by the Quality Manager further support the quality of the quality management system as well as its suitability to reach targets described in the quality policy.
